閣下必須提供所需的個人資料，如閣下未能提供，將會導致無法評審作品、聯絡、確認身分等與是次計劃之相關事宜。

閣下有權查閱、更改及索取已提供的個人資料複印本。（註：此權利僅適用於姓名、聯絡資料等個人識別資料；申請內容如作品集、自我介紹影片、崗位選擇等一經提交不得修改或補交。）

Personal Data Collection Statement

The Hong Kong Emerging Content Creators Association (the Association) collects your personal data solely for the purpose of the " The Academy of Content Creatives 2026" (the Scheme) and for identity verification purposes only. All data will not be used for any other purpose.

You are required to provide the necessary personal data. Failure to do so may result in the inability to evaluate your work, contact you, or verify your identity in relation to this Scheme.

You have the right to access, correct, and request a copy of the personal data provided. For any inquiries regarding the personal data collected for this Scheme, please contact:

《新晉創作人學院計劃 2026》的報名費用為港幣180元，所有已繳付之費用將不獲退還。申請人可透過PAYPAL繳付費用。完成交易後，請妥善保存「網上交易編號」或相關付款證明，以供確認繳費。

The application fee for the "The Academy of Content Creatives 2026" is HKD 180 and all fees paid are non-refundable. Applicants can pay the fee through PAYPAL After completing the transaction, please keep the payment receipt / transaction number safe to confirm your payment.

本人明白若有任何不實資料及遺留申報，本人的參加資格將被取消。

I understand that any false information and missing clarification will lead to disqualification.
